Beloved:Querida Necklace (2007)


An exhibition of memory jewelry, whimsical rolling toys and personal adornment, many pieces referring to Diener's Amish and Mennonite heritage. Project organized and supported by the Illinois Amish Interpretive Center.

July 16, 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Grand opening celebration. Remarks by the artist at 7:30 pm.

July 17, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Bimbamboom Ring Mini-Workshop (ages 5 and up).
In just 10 minutes you and Kristin will craft a ring just for you. Learn metalworking techniques to shape and polish your ring while Kristin wields the propane torch and nippers! $10.00 fee includes museum admission. First-come-first-served for choice of time. Limited enrollment.
